Baseball Game and Clean Up March 31th & April 13th, 2013
The day was hot and sunny, a typical early spring afternoon in Las Vegas. Phi Sigma Pi members gathered  to urge the UNLV Rebels baseball team to victory against the Air Force Falcons. This was the last game of a three game set and the Rebels had won the first two, so a win would complete the sweep. Phi Sigma Pi hooted and hollered our heads off as the Rebels pulled out a victory with a come from behind win in the 9th inning. Water and sunscreen abounded!  In conjunction with the UNLV Athletic Department, the Facilities Manager, and the custodial staff, PHI Sigma Pi donated their time and energy to assist in the beautification of Wilson Memorial Stadium. Our duties included post game crowd management, sanitation, and event coordination with the grounds keeping crew. Our highly organized efforts facilitated timely completion of all requirements, and the effort made by our volunteers engendered a spirit of community, cooperation and communication that we hope will be long lasting.
